Missing value: cutoff time
A same-day handling promise depends on an order cutoff, the time after which an order ships the next day. Leave the cutoff out and Google cannot honour the promise, so it reports the gap.
What Google requires
A cutoff time, with its country and format
Where you declare a handling cutoff, the time has to be present, valid, and tied to a country, with only the sub-attributes the field defines. The cutoff cannot be half-declared: a country without a time, or a time in a format Google cannot parse, is incomplete. Google reports the gap as Missing value: cutoff time.
What Google does
The delivery-speed promise is dropped
A missing or malformed cutoff, an invalid country, or too many fields mean the same-day or next-day speed the cutoff was meant to unlock does not apply. The product still serves, but at a slower advertised delivery, which is exactly the edge you were trying to show.
How to fix it by hand
Complete the cutoff
- Give the cutoff a valid time and the country it applies in.
- Send only the sub-attributes the field defines, without duplication.
- Check the enable/disable flag is a value Google accepts.
What FeedMender checks today
4 checks apply, read from the scanner's registry
The scan checks the cutoff time, its country, its field count and the disable flag, all from the feed.

What the scan does not check today: the account-level shipping and cut-off settings in Merchant Center; it reads the feed's cutoff sub-attributes, not the account configuration.
The quicker way
Let the scan complete it
Run the free scan and it flags every handling cutoff missing a time or country, or carrying too many fields. The scan to identify errors is free and shows every finding before you pay anything. You only pay for the fix.
