The certification value, where the category needs it

For regulated categories the certification attribute carries the authority, the name and the code, and the certification_value sub-attribute has to be present. Where the category is in scope, this is expected data, not optional enrichment. Google reports its absence as Missing certification value, and a missing code specifically as Missing certification code.

• Populate certification with the authority, name and value for products in regulated categories.
• Source the values from the official EPREL energy record rather than transcribing them.
• Keep the certification consistent with the energy class you submit.
